Cakes by Sam had the honor of being featured on Today’s THV Channel 11 on December 21, 2011. Sam and Alex were Live on air with Ashley Blackstone and Meredith Mitchell. Together they made Christmas themed cupcakes, shared a few recipes, and gave a “Secret” about plain white bread. Cupcakes for a Cause

A few months ago Cakes by Sam was blessed to be featured on KATV along with Hot Dog Mike and a few others. After the spot aired we were able to speak with “Hot Dog Mike” a/k/a – Michael Juiliano on the phone. After speaking with him a few times we caught the excitement and passion he has for a certain young man Elijah Talley. Each month Hot Dog Mike sponsors “Hot Dogs for A Cause” and all proceeds from the sales go to support: PrayforElijah.com

Cakes by Sam wanted to join this worthy cause and do a “Super Tag Team” effort and join forces with Hot Dog Mike to lend our support! And with that ladies and gentlemen that brings us to where we are now. We need as many people as possible to come out tonight and support Elijah by buying cupcakes and hot dogs in the Heights. All of this will take place from 6:00 til 8:00 p.m. at: Carnes Audio located at 5919 Kavenaugh.

Cakes by Sam is excited about this “Tag Team” effort and we hope to help push the fund raising goal over the top!
